Gus Fabrication is a manufacturing company located in Jeanerette, LA. Our facility is 93,000 sq. feet with water front access. We have a very experienced work force and are qualified to weld to both AWS D1.1 and ASME B-31.3.

Products and services are provided as follows: 

-   CWI on staff.
-   Test reports and/or certificates of inspection maintained on file (i.e. mill certs)
-   Final acceptance inspection and/or testing performed
-   Ability to build offshore products to DNV specifications
-   Safety Program with written Safety Manual maintained
-   Drug & Alcohol Abuse Policy and Controlled Substance Testing Program
-   Welding and testing equipment calibrated/documented as required
