Haakon Industries is comprised of two divisions under the name Haakon Industries Ltd. There is the Manufacturing Division, which manufactures custom air handling equipment and there is the Service, Maintenance and Installation Division. Below are brief descriptions of both divisions. The Manufacturing Division is a rapidly expanding, client-focused, manufacturer of custom air handling equipment. We have developed a reputation for quality that has many of North America’s largest companies asking for our products by name. Our equipment is used in hospitals, pharmaceutical laboratories, microchip manufacturers, universities, automotive manufacturing plants, and countless other institutional, industries, and commercial facilities. We strive for excellence by continuing to invest in our facilities, our product and our people. Our investment in the development of specialized software and automated, robotic sheet metal equipment has propelled us to be North America’s largest privately owned air handling equipment manufacturer. Our corporate culture is collaborative and innovative, on the forefront of technology advances in engineering software, robotics and manufacturing. The Service Division provides services to the Lower Mainland and Sea-to-Sky Corridor. We seek to provide services in a transparent manner using lean principles with the goal of making our clients as productive as possible. This philosophy has lead to the development of our web-based real-time information system and our “1 Step Ahead” Pro-active service approach. Our Technicians are expertly trained through a five year apprenticeship with ongoing training throughout their career. They are all well-groomed and uniformed appropriately to provide a professional image for our clients and to their tenants.
