Hack.Diversity is a nonprofit organization in the civic and social sector that expands access to technology careers. Through a nine-month program, it partners with fast-growing tech teams to identify, develop, and place participants as software engineers, data analysts, and mechanical engineers. Founded in 2016 and based in Boston, Massachusetts, the organization opened a New York City site in January 2023 after recognition of its impact in Boston. It serves aspiring technologists and technology teams seeking diverse, high-performing talent, addressing barriers to entry and facilitating career pathways in tech. In late 2023, Hack.Diversity announced the appointment of Michelle De La Isla as chief executive officer.
