HRMC is a 32-bed, not-for-profit community hospital affiliated with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) as of May 2019. Innovative healthcare at the facility includes MUSC Telehealth as well as a surgery department, cardiopulmonary care, rehabilitative services, and diabetic wellness.   Conveniently located on campus are Coastal Plains Physicians Associates and Coastal Plains Primary Care, delivering advanced, comprehensive primary and specialty care.
