Harbor Communications (Harbor) is a leading Gulf Coast telecommunications company with offices in New Orleans, Louisiana, Mobile and Orange Beach, Alabama. The Harbor network provides service from Metropolitan New Orleans to the Florida Panhandle.
 
As a regulated Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), we have access to the incumbent’s (AT&T, Sprint, etc.) wide-area networks. Combining these networks with Harbor’s own facilities based network, we are able to provide big business solutions, with the agility of a locally owned regional provider. 

Harbor has spent the better part of the last three years building out its networks in Alabama and Louisiana. We now have customers on our own fiber network in New Orleans, in the City of Mobile and in Baldwin County, AL. Also in New Orleans, the company has launched its Fixed 4G Wireless service blanketing the city with high speed wireless access to data and voice services.
