Hark’s flexible, easy to use capital facilities are typically secured by either the unrealized NAV from existing funds or undrawn LP commitments. Hark also provides non-dilutive loans to management companies of sponsors. The loans are based on the sponsor’s committed fee and capital deployed fee streams (management fee, GP commitments, and carried interest). We tailor solutions to meet sponsor’s strategic capital needs including seed capital for new strategies, warehouse deals for new funds, succession planning, and increased vehicle co-investment.
