The new Harper Haines was founded in 2012 by Fred Haines, who was co-owner and technical
sales consultant at the former Harper International, Inc. The new firm is headquartered in Milford,
Connecticut, and serves clients throughout Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island. At Harper Haines, Fred and his team continue Robert Harper’s approach of delighting clients with the ultimate in service.
