Harrell Construction Co., Inc. was founded by Glenis L. Harrell, Jr. in July of 1977.  Harrell Construction is a company built around its talented, dedicated people who are focused on providing the right solutions for your building needs. We match each owner’s requirements with a solid building solution, and then provide the expertise to turn that solution into a quality project. We offer multiple delivery systems to our clients including Design / Build, Construction Management, Bid/Build and as a Multiple Prime Contracting Partner.

Harrell Construction has operated in the Jacksonville metropolitan area for over 35 years and completed projects in excess of $3 million dollars as a Design Build General Contractor and up to $150 million as a Multiple Prime Contracting Partner.

Harrell Construction is a Licensed General Contractor in 11 States including Florida. 
Our bonding capacity is $10 million on any single project with a combined limit of $25 million.
