Harrison Senior Living opened in 1972 by James and Katherine Harrison with the purchase of 17.5 beautiful acres of farmland on the Chester/Lancaster County line in Pennsylvania. The Harrison’s knew it was the perfect location to build a skilled nursing community where they could dedicate themselves to promoting and advancing the betterment of senior care in a family like setting. 

Since then, the Harrison family has opened four other locations focusing on senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and memory care services.

Today, Harrison Senior Living continues to be a family owned and operated company that fosters a family style atmosphere for residents and team members. It is the kind of place where the owners don’t mind answering a call bell or rolling up their sleeves. It’s also the kind of place you can expect all departments and positions to work together.
