Hartman Oil is headquartered in Wichita Kansas and has field offices in Garden City, Ness City, Great Bend, and Pratt Kansas.  The Company operates in excess of 600 wells in Kansas and Oklahoma, with the majority of them being 100% owned by the Company.

Hartman Oil was founded in 1920 by W.L. Hartman the grandfather of Willis E. “Wink” Hartman the current sole stockholder of the company.  Under Wink’s leadership the company has increased yearly production over 300% through acquisition and drilling, which has increased proved reserves many fold.
