The firm was founded in 1978 by Tom Hatch, FAIA, with a commitment to help build strong, vibrant communities. It has evolved over several decades from its sole-proprietorship beginnings to its current partnership structure when, in 2006, Erik Ulland and Randall Owen joined him as partners.
