Our Philosophy The Company focuses on the acquisition of proven oil and gas properties that have economically recoverable reserves of oil and gas. These properties are generally ones that require a significant amount of operational optimization that a smaller operator cannot afford, have an operator that is under financial duress, or were abandoned during periods of depressed oil prices and not yet re-developed or acquired. Hathaway LLC seeks out ways to lower operational costs. Once operational costs are manageable, upside opportunities are investigated then acted on. Company growth is funded by our careful use of cash flow and by maintaining a credit facility. Because of our continued success in adding reserves, our credit facility availability continues to grow, allowing us to quickly capitalize on prudent investment opportunities. Accomplishments Since 2011, we have seen a significant amount of growth; going from 6 BOPD to a target of over 723 BOP in 2014/2015. The simple philosophies we implement throughout our company have led to this success. In 2013 Hathaway, LLC received The Teemco E&P Company of the Year Award presented at the Oil & Gas Awards-West Coast. Our Team Our Hathaway LLC team is made up of a network of staff and consultants. The company's consulting support team has a wealth of experience in the oil industry. Hathaway LLC employs 27 people as of October 2014. Some of our field level employees have worked for the Hathaway Family for over 20 years.
