Founded in 1942, the organization operates within a network of local, state, and national associations, including affiliations with the Colorado Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Home Builders. The association facilitates collaboration and advocacy on issues affecting residential construction, including developer-focused discussions with local government to remove barriers and foster a more cooperative development process.
