HBC Investments is a family office-affiliated private equity investor. At HBC Investments, we act as a non-traditional private equity firm that marries the best of both worlds: investment experience and patient flexible capital. For investors and our portfolio companies, our business model eliminates the constraints and limitations associated with traditional, short-term oriented private equity funds. 

Primarily leveraging our own capital and family office funds, we identify and invest in compelling private companies and partner with management teams to grow the businesses and optimize the investment opportunities for all parties involved. We are looking to acquire companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the $10mm - $50mm range of enterprise value. We have an interest in playing an active role in supporting the management of the companies in which we are invested.

Seeking to invest in companies that have the following characteristics:
•	Leadership market positions with high barriers to entry
•	Predictable cash flows, preferable with low capital expenditures/high free cash flow conversion
•	Current favorable industry macro or visibility to near-term secular uptrend
•	Opportunities to invest for growth
•	Family business, corporate orphans and various other ownership structures
