Leadership Growth HBD Construction, Inc. recently expanded its leadership with the appointment of Steven Meeks as vice president, signaling a focus on strategic growth and broader project oversight—an opportunity to position complementary services like enhanced project controls, safety programs, or specialized construction management.

Regional Expansion The company operates across St. Louis and Davenport, IA, indicating a cross-state presence with potential for expanded service offerings in adjacent markets, public sector bids, and multi-site portfolio opportunities.

Midmarket Focus With 51-200 employees and annual revenue in the $10M–$25M range, HBD sits squarely in the mid-market tier where integrated delivery, PMO support, and value engineering can differentiate during competitive bidding.

Industry Experience A long-standing organization with nearly a century of construction experience provides credibility for pursuing repeat-build programs, facility upgrades, and maintenance contracting with existing public and private sector clients.

Digital Engagement Active online presence and tech stack including WordPress and analytics tools suggest openness to marketing automation, digital project tracking, or BIM/VDC collaboration tools as value-added services to streamline communications and reporting.
