HCR Homes and Land is a newly launched real estate company.  Most of our team came from another company and are the creme' de la creme' of agents in our office.  The office specializes in residential foreclosures, short sales, standard sales, commercial, rental property management, and our sister division, 1st source funding does all types of loans including reverse mortgages, loan modifications, short pay refinances, FHA loans, VA loans, and conventional loans.  The management/Affiliates of this company have been heavily involved in the HUD homes program, Police Officer next door program, and the Teacher next door program.  Our agents are members of the Inland Valley Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
