Health Center Partners of Southern California is a private nonprofit association that unites 16 community clinics and health centers to deliver primary care across San Diego, Imperial and Riverside counties. Founded in 1977 and based in San Diego, it functions as an advocate for its member providers, seeking to improve access to care for vulnerable populations. The organization leverages its experienced staff and deep member knowledge to develop programs, resources, and health policy efforts intended to enhance the patient experience. It also operates a family of affiliated organizations that support safety-net providers, including Health Center Partners, Health Quality Partners, Integrated Health Partners, and CNECT. Through policy work and program delivery, the group works to strengthen community health care and serve underserved patients. In November 2025, Sparkle Barnes was named President and CEO, succeeding Henry Tuttle.
