Health Fitness Concepts RN, LLC (HFC) provides health screening and lifestyle education programs through its team of health professionals (registered nurses, registered dietitians, licensed professionals etc.) to individuals through employers and community organizations. Dedicated to helping individuals improve their overall health and prevent diseases, HFC has visited thousands of companies and participated in community health events over its more than 25-year history, providing valuable health information to hundreds of thousands of individuals, in some cases helping detect life-threatening, undiagnosed health issues.

●  Clinical – flu shot administration, risk detection screens for 
    diabetes, heart disease and prostate cancer 
●  Screening – blood pressure, body fat, bone density, lung function
	●  Nutrition – healthy cooking, vitamins and supplement education
	●  Stress Reduction – acupuncture, aromatherapy, massage, 
 	    meditation, yoga at work, stress management seminars
	●  Health Awareness and Training – CPR, AED and First Aid 
	    training; health coaching, ergonomic education
