We produce and distribute mind-body audios (meditation, guided imagery, hypnosis, breathwork, relaxation) that deliver content shown to improve specific physical and mental health challenges, for businesses and organizations that look to provide mind-body resources 24/7 to protect and support their employees, patients, students, members, guests, or military personnel. 

Health Journeys was established in 1991 by psychotherapist and guided imagery pioneer Belleruth Naparstek, ACSW. Our recordings are offered on a variety of platforms, including apps, streaming pages, Playaways, in-room TVs, bedside tablets, to organizations including health plans, corporate HR departments, schools, universities, military installations, hotels and spas.  

Our content is psychologically and physiologically sophisticated and made to the highest standards by foremost experts in the mind-body field, supported by clinical research, scored by award-winning composers, and produced by the sound engineer for the Cleveland Orchestra.
