HealthBridge is a company of caregivers.  We give North Texas families peace of mind by providing help at home for their aging loved ones.  

This can mean a lot of different things, but here's an example.  We have a client in North Dallas who has lived in her home for 52 years.  She is fiercely independent and has no desire to move into a retirement community.  

But, her kids are starting to worry about her safety at home.  A few weeks ago she had a fall in the kitchen.  That was enough for her kids to call HealthBridge.  

Now, a HealthBridge caregiver visits her in her home every morning.  Together, they get prepared for the day, make breakfast and visit.  Our client and her caregiver love spending time together.  

She's safe at home and her family no longer worries.  So, that's what HealthBridge does.
