HealthFirst Bluegrass Inc. operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lexington, Kentucky, delivering medical, dental, pharmaceutical, behavioral health, integrated health services, family and social services, and health education for people of all ages. The organization emphasizes culturally and linguistically appropriate care and seeks to advance accessible primary medical care as a human right through advocacy and community empowerment. It has served uninsured and underinsured residents of Lexington-Fayette County since 1981, originally operating as the Primary Care Center of the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department.
