HealthKeys has developed “Health Claims Management”, a new comprehensive product for Benefit Advisors, to help their self-funded clients reduce health claims cost, without changing claim payors or shifting cost to employees. Through our unique Service Platform, we coordinate claim avoidance tactics (Disease Management and Wellness) with a number of hard dollar savings tactics, to minimize claims cost.
Our Service Platform, which is highly configurable, includes the following:
•	Data Analytics/Predictive Modeling
•	Communications Portal
•	Incentive Management
•	Nurse Navigators
The advantages realized from our platform are;
•	A single location for communication and incentive management, allows us to lead employees directly to the products that will provide the most benefit to themselves and their employer.
•	We include products currently offered by the employer which may be underutilized, as well as new products such as Direct Contracting and Pharmacy Tourism.
•	Combining disease management and wellness into a single claim avoidance product increases our reach and engagement, while forming the foundation of our product.
•	Pass the CFO eye test; all savings are measured through our data analytics tool, using the employers claims data.
