HealthRight International is a New York, New York-based global health nonprofit dedicated to expanding equitable access to quality health systems for underserved communities. It implements field projects staffed exclusively by local health experts to ensure interventions are culturally relevant and sustainable, backed by strong local partnerships. The organization concentrates on communities facing discrimination, including migrants, adolescents and young adults, people living with HIV, survivors of gender-based violence and trafficking, vulnerable women and girls, and LGBTQ people. Its programs currently operate in Kenya, Ukraine, Uganda, and the United States.

The organization has collaborated with international partners, such as a 2018 engagement with the World Health Organization to pilot SH+ in Uganda for South Sudanese refugee women, including survivors of gender-based violence, and it later expanded this approach with SH+ 360 in 2022 to support humanitarian programming. In 2025 HealthRight participated in the Health + Human Rights Gala, an event that brings together supporters, partners, and advocates.
