Whether your goal is to lose weight, or to simply feel better about your eating habits, Healthy in the Kitchen can help. If you have a condition such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure or obesity, dietary changes could improve your quality of life now and in the future.

Nutrition counseling may be offered for individuals or groups to meet the needs of our clients.
Culinary instruction is also available with our Certified Chef on staff.

We are located in the heart of historic, downtown Portsmouth New Hampshire in the Abraham Shaw House, nearby the Music Hall and right next door to the Rockingham building and TD Bank.
