Our core philosophy is to optimize the quality of life for individuals in the final stages of terminal illness. The Heart 'n Home ethic and focus of "doing what's right" has allowed us to flourish and grow to be one of the leading hospice providers in Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Heart 'n Home has over 160 employees and provides hospice and palliative care services to 11 counties in Idaho and Oregon.  We have offices in Fruitland (Corporate Headquarters), Caldwell, Emmett, Meridian, Baker City, La Grande, La Pine, and Bend.
