The mission of the non-profit, community-based Heart of Hope Asian American Hospice Care is to provide comprehensive care and support to terminally ill patients and their families in the Silicon Valley of the San Francisco Bay Area.  The hospice services include meeting physical, emotional and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients through a team of healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The services will be provided according to need without regard to ability to pay.  We strive to enable terminally ill patients to live their final days with maximum independence, comfort, and dignity.
