Our board certified doctors, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants offer comprehensive continuing care for people of all ages, from newborns to seniors. While Heartland CHC receives financial support from the government that allows us to provide outstanding medical care to our patients, we gladly accept people of all ages on Medicaid, Medicare, private insurances, and offer a sliding scale payment system for those without any insurance. Our mission is to provide accessible, high quality, comprehensive primary health care services for the medically underserved, regardless of ability to pay, and to conduct high quality programs in health professions education through collaborative community partnerships.
