Heat specializes in group fitness, small group training, and personal training. We take great pride in the quality and effectiveness of our workouts, with an emphasis on strength training and intelligent programming.

We have been an established downtown Raleigh business for over 8 years! We inspire our members to live long, happy, meaningful lives through fitness and community.

We believe that strength training should be at the core of any solid training program, good form is necessary for results and longevity, and hands-on coaching is a must.  

Our trainers are passionate about fitness and people.  Anyone that works on the Heat team believes in continuing education in coaching and people skills.  Learning is a part of the job!
