Hecht Team Real Estate - I started my Lake Norman area real estate career, newly licensed on May 20, 1971.  Since that point, I have watched the lake area and surrounding towns "grow up" and move from a second home area to where the large percentage of residents are permanent and commute to work.  Prices have jumped and those early lot sales less than $10,000 for waterfront have increased to several hundred thousand for some unique properties.  My first house sale was a waterfront ranch with basement for $25,000.

My real estate experience includes working as an agent, then starting a real estate company with my Dad (December 1971).  I owned the Century 21 Hecht Realty offices around the lake until March 2009 when I sold to Coldwell Banker United, Realtors and that gave me the opportunity to become an agent again, as my passion is working with sellers and buyers.

We can advise owners on market trends in the Lake Norman and surrounding areas, rental pricing, tenant delinquency, productivity of various marketing tools, pet problems and credit reports just to name a few.
