HECOstix are revolutionizing the way we exercise our cognitive skills through fun and effective training applications. Used by medical professionals, top level performance coaches, and educators around the world, HECOstix are bringing smiles to the faces of everyone who uses them. 

The concept is simple. Each grip (3) is independently colored allowing the participants to call out color and hand combinations. While the HECOstix are tossed in the air, each receiving person must ascertain the information and make the correct catch. 

Example: Player A tosses HECOstik to Player B while calling out Red/Right and Player B must catch the red leg with their right hand. 

Unlike catching tennis balls, HECOstix provide layers of added stimuli which makes training new and exciting with every throw. Traditional ball training methods are simply outmatched.
