The Hellenic Competition Commission is an independent authority that enjoys administrative and financial autonomy. It is the primary competition body in Greece, responsible for the enforcement of Greek law on competition (Law 3959/2011 , "On the Control of Monopolies and Oligopolies, and on the Protection of free Competition"). The Authority is also responsible for enforcing the provisions of Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty for the Functioning of the European Union. It works closely with the European Commission and other competition authorities on issues of competition law and policy. Please visit our website for more information on who we are and what we do.
