CultureAlley is co-founded by Nishant Patni and Pranshu Bhandari Patni.
Nishant Patni is a graduate of IIT Bombay and later did his MBA from Kellogg School of Management where he graduated with a Beta-Gamma-Sigma honor.

Pranshu Bhandari has worked with Sun Microsystems and Pitney Bowes. She is a double gold medalist from NMIMS and was a part of Forbes' 30 under 30 in 2014.
