Helmy specializes in thermo-forming of both thin gauge and heavy gauge plastics.  	

Our goal is simple: to manufacture creative and custom thermo-forming solutions that address our clients specific needs.

To do this we have developed methods and techniques that involve many basic and challenging processes in the industry. We work with a wide variety of plastic materials and with gauges ranging from 0.01” to 0.50”. We form both thin gauge parts such as blisters, clamshells, and packaging trays, and heavy gauge parts such as displays, housing units and industrial components.

We have thermo-formed structural, decorative, industrial and packaging products for many industries, including retail, electronic, medical, cosmetics, food, computer, air-conditioning, automotive and landscaping.
