HELP Disaster Management is a 501©3 nonprofit organization that provides response, recovery and consultant services. The HELP Incident Management Team (IMT) is a Type 3 All Hazards response team. HELP Disaster Management is one of only a few non-government organization (NGO) IMTs. The HELP IMT represents the next generation of emergency management response capabilities, the Generation 3 (GEN3) IMT. 
The HELP AHIMT is a multi-disciplinary team available to provide support nationwide at anytime requested by local jurisdictions, other nonprofit organizations, or any state or federal agency. The operations of HELP
are divided into ten regions that mirror the regions of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
