HelpGood is a nonprofit marketing and communications agency focused on social impact. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and purpose-driven organizations to help them tell clearer stories, build trust, and move people to action.

Our work is rooted in strategy, storytelling, and audience-centered communications. We help organizations reach, engage, and activate diverse communities across digital, social, paid media, and integrated campaigns, always with an eye toward equity, inclusion, and measurable impact.

Based in Los Angeles and New York City, HelpGood is a certified B Corporation and a certified LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE) and Disabled Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE). We are also certified in California as an SB (Micro) and in Los Angeles as a Social Enterprise. These certifications reflect our long-standing commitment to DEIB, ethical business practices, and using marketing as a force for good.

Our clients span the nonprofit, education, government, and public health sectors and include national advocacy organizations, universities, cultural institutions, and public agencies. Collectively, our work has supported missions focused on civil rights, public health, environmental protection, education access, addiction prevention, animal welfare, and community resilience.

The campaigns and initiatives we’ve helped bring to life have been recognized with Cannes Lions, Webby, Anthem, Telly, and Shorty Awards. In 2020, HelpGood was named Campaign US’ Purpose Pioneer Agency, and in 2023 we won Best Global Campaign at both the Webby Anthem Awards and the Shorty Impact Awards.
