Hendrickson is a long-standing player in the commercial vehicle industry, based in Woodridge, Illinois. Founded in 1913, the company designs and manufactures suspension systems for trucks, tractors, and trailers, along with liftable suspensions, steel leaf springs, bumpers, and stamped components for heavy-duty transportation. Its products are used by North American heavy-duty OEMs and by manufacturers in Europe, Australia, Mexico, Japan, and Latin America, with a focus on durability, performance, and weight reduction. The firm has grown since its 1978 acquisition by The Boler Company and has produced more than two million walking beam truck suspensions and more than two million air-ride trailer suspensions. In 2026 it expanded Crest Hill facilities in Illinois and activated a solar farm to power bumper production.
