Looking back, it’s easy to see how much things have changed. In 1966, we had one location and a staff of 7 serving about 200 dealers. Today we have 8 locations and 165 employees serving over 3,500 dealers. Although many things have changed, one thing is still the same: our commitment to customer service. These days it seems like everybody talks about “customer service”. But retailers know talk is cheap. At the end of the day, real customer service isn’t about talk. It’s about action. Our commitment to action is the way we have done business for more than 40 years. In these tough economic times when other distributors are cutting inventory, dropping product lines, and reducing staff. Herregan is adding new exciting product lines, increasing our inventory in all locations, and adding sales representatives in some of our fastest growing markets.
