EducationTech Adoption Hershey High School uses a diverse technology stack including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft 365, Google Fonts API, OpenAI, New Relic, Zendesk, Jamf Pro and Microsoft Azure, indicating openness to cloud platforms, productivity tools, and AI-assisted solutions. This suggests opportunities for integrated EdTech, IT management, cybersecurity, and AI-powered classroom or admin solutions.

Recent Leadership Changes The district has seen retirement of key administrators and an interim superintendent appointment in 2022, signaling potential for IT governance, training, and change management services. Engage with stakeholders around technology refresh cycles, professional development, and vendor consolidation during leadership transitions.

Academic Excellence Focus Active participation in honors ceremonies and math contests points to a culture that values student achievement and competition. This presents opportunities for targeted sponsorships, STEM-focused educational programs, data analytics tools for competitions, or partnerships that enhance math and science curricula.

Funding and Infrastructure Past funding announcements mention investments in transportation assets and a general funding stream in the district, which could align with grants, bond programs, or technology modernization initiatives. Propose scalable IT infrastructure, fleet electrification data integration, or grant-enabled software deployments.

Limited Revenue Scale Reported revenue is under one million, typical of a single K-12 site. Focus on cost-effective, scalable solutions with strong ROI, including bundled MSP services, affordable student-information system add-ons, and entry-level cybersecurity or helpdesk offerings tailored for smaller districts.
