Hetrick Mfg., Inc. thermally rates, mechanically designs, and fabricates custom shell and tube heat exchangers and ASME Section VIII, Div. I pressure vessels.  

We have ASME U, R and NB Code Stamps, and over 60 ASME Section IX Qualified Welding Procedures including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless and High Nickel Alloys such as Hastelloy C, Inconel, Monel, 904L, AL6XN, 600 and others. 

Hetrick Mfg., Inc. rebuilds and re-tubes heat exchangers.  We offer local pick-up drop-off, and quick turn-around.

Have an I.P.E. unit?  Send us the 7 or 8 digit SO# and we will pull the original specifications for an exact replacement -- gaskets, bundles, or complete.

We have complete in-house machining capabilities for all heat exchanger components such as tube sheets, girth or shell flanges, and baffles.  This includes sheet metal fabrication servies such as CNC Turret punching, tube bending, roll-forming, shearing and press-brake forming.
