High Performance Tutoring improves educational outcomes for all students of all ages through high-quality, one-on-one tutoring, test prep, and academic coaching both in-person or online via Zoom. We firmly believe that the best results happen with the best teachers and tutors. That is why every month we interview hundreds of candidates from across the country and hire only the top 5% of talent. Our learning professionals are highly knowledgeable, exceptional teachers, have amazing personalities, and are reliable. Each of our employees must complete our training program to become High Performance Certified and pass a background check. 

Our unique and customized scheduling software makes it easy for tutors to specify their availability and travel restrictions. Students and parents can book sessions online or by calling our office which is open from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Our algorithms and trained support staff help match students to tutors with whom they are extremely likely to succeed. 

Tutors have access to many academic, test prep, and coaching resources designed to make sessions highly effective. Our support staff takes care of everything in the background including billing, scheduling, and communicating with customers so that tutors can simply focus on tutoring.
