Highway22 is a Product Design Company based in the Kansas City Metro area. Our approach is simple, we focus on the user by applying both psychology and scientific process as well as product design approach and methods. In brief, we walk a mile in the clients shoes, seeing the product through their eyes. We look for ways to deepen the relationship by removing barriers and finding opportunities to make the user’s experience enjoyable and satisfactory. As the most successful companies have found, "focus on the user (client) and all else will follow." We look for segmentation information that helps us understand the different types of clients who are generally a subset of total users. We take the time to interview, spend time with and observe. We learn what customers like, what they want, what annoys them and what delights them. This helps us build an accurate story and identify opportunities to improve existing products along with potential for creating new products.
