HiJiffy is a Lisbon-based hospitality technology company founded in 2016 that provides AI-powered guest communication tools. Its core offering, the Guest Communication Hub, automates hotel-guest interactions and supports direct bookings and upselling across the guest journey. The platform runs on HiJiffy’s in-house Aplysia AI and supports more than 130 languages, reflecting the capabilities of its mid-sized team. 

By 2025, the solution is used by more than 2,300 hotels in over 60 countries to streamline operations and guest communications. It has received external recognition, including a UNWTO designation as an innovative tourism company and a top chatbot designation from Hotel Tech Report, accompanied by a Level III certification for global customer support. In March 2025, HiJiffy announced a partnership with Expedia Group to integrate its messaging capabilities into Expedia’s travel ecosystem.
