Liz and Clary started teaching the Method to group classes, Liz in Charlotte and Clary in Cambridge, Massachusetts. They realized that the physical results were unequivocal. This dynamic mother-daughter duo is the driving force behind the brand which has grown to include a flagship studio, a streaming subscription service with over 3,000 minutes of content and a sister studio called HSM | Core utilizing the Lagree Fitness M3S Megaformer.
