We have represented thousands of residential and commercial tenants, shareholders, and condo unit owners both individually and in groups, before New York Courts and administrative agencies, including Housing Court, Civil Court, Supreme Court, all state Appellate Courts, the Division of Housing and Community Renewal and the New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Our representation has included representing tenants in “MCI” matters at DHCR, rent strikes, Mitchell Lama buy-outs, “HP” actions, eviction proceedings, rent overcharge cases, hotel reclassifications, reduction of service complaints, luxury deregulation cases, and cooperative conversions. We also represent co-op boards, condominium associations, individual shareholders, unit owners, and homeowners.
