Hiring for Hope is a grassroots, nationally recognized 501(c)3 public charity that has an active presence in international social media and communities across the United States. Think of Hiring for Hope as a Life Management Community (LMC) designed to help individuals and families overcome the obstacles associated with the career management process.  

As a member of the Hiring for Hope community, you have the opportunity to join a grassroots movement that is focused on reshaping the way people and organizations think, talk, act, and interact with each other. As a nationally recognized 501(c)3 public charity, altruistic behavior in our community is a priority and is incentivized, rewarded and celebrated.

Vision
Hiring for Hope (HFH) is a national non-profit organization that aims to forge a mutually beneficial financial relationship between employers and two distinct demographic groups whose disillusionment at their circumstances has resulted in a shared loss of hope: job seekers and their friends and family.  

Mission
Hiring for Hope (HFH) seeks to ease the shared emotional, psychological, and financial duress common during times of loss and crisis for job seekers and their friends and family.  We aim to eliminate their feelings of hopelessness, isolation, and shame, and replace them with renewed hope, opportunity, and a sense of empowerment to control the outcome of their own destinies. The services provided by HFH staff to these demographic groups are safe, free, confidential and compassionate.
