HN is an award-winning company that uses AI to predict and prevent care need. Established by clinicians and researchers at Sweden’s Karolinska Medical Institute, our journey in the UK began in 2015. Working in collaboration with the Nuffield Trust, we launched a large trial into the effectiveness of clinical coaching, which has shown exceptional outcomes for patients and the NHS. Since our UK launch, we have developed into an award-winning NHS partner and since March 2020, have been supported by the NHS Innovation Accelerator to scale nationally. The HN approach is unique.
