In 1977, Hogan, Sarzynski, Lynch, DeWind & Gregory, LLP was founded as a two-person partnership to provide high quality legal counsel to school districts and municipalities. Our proven reputation for consistently knowledgeable, customer-driven service now sustains our client relationships with more than fifty public school districts throughout New York State, along with numerous villages, towns, counties and Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), as well as several businesses and individuals. Each member of the firm is motivated by HSLDG’s philosophy of service, history of success and world of knowledge in all aspects of education, labor, employment and municipal law. We have decided to expand our service based practice to include our new Private Client Group. This practice group is designed to provide legal services for individuals and small businesses through a lifetime of changing legal needs. This portion of the practice services many different areas of law including representation of small businesses, employment contracts, real estate, estate planning, leases, discrimination, and parent based education.
