The publisher offers emergent-reader titles through the I Like to Read series and runs the Margaret Ferguson Books and Neal Porter Books imprints, both launched in 2018. Holiday House expanded its presence with an office opening in Florida in 2023. In late 2025, longtime editor Neal Porter retired after nearly five decades with the company, with a tribute held in 2026.
