Holliswood, an operational subsidiary Edifice Management, has a proven track record as a vertically integrated owner, operator, and developer.  Our strong track record of successful real estate investments across a variety of project types and asset classes have continuously provided superior risk-adjusted returns to capital partners. 

Holliswood Development focuses on small to mid-market value-add multifamily, mixed-use, and development sites with a preference on tax protected assets. Focusing primarily on properties typically held by long-term local ownership, in New York City submarkets attracting students and young professionals, we are able to leverage our considerable development and asset management experience to maximize income, while acquiring properties at favorable terms.
