Holliswood Development is a woman owned real estate development and investment company founded in 2011 by Dana Lowey Luttway. Holliswood, an operational subsidiary Edifice Management, has a proven track record as a vertically integrated owner, operator, and developer.  Our strong track record of successful real estate investments across a variety of project types and asset classes have continuously provided superior risk-adjusted returns to capital partners. 

Holliswood Development focuses on small to mid-market value-add multifamily, mixed-use, and development sites with a preference on tax protected assets.
